Useful answers

Direct answers before a direct conversation.

These answers describe how Kaplan Acquisitions currently approaches public inquiries. Specific properties and transactions require individual review.

01

What types of properties do you consider?

Our current focus includes vacant or unimproved land, buildable infill and builder lots, residential teardown opportunities, single-family homes, duplexes, triplexes, fourplexes, and outdated or repair-heavy residences. Straightforward fee-simple HOA and tenant-occupied one-to-four-unit properties may also be considered.

02

Which Florida areas do you currently serve?

Our initial service areas are Broward, Palm Beach, Miami-Dade, Orange, Hillsborough, and Leon counties. A property outside those counties may be discussed, but current coverage is not implied.

03

Does submitting a property guarantee an offer?

No. Every property and situation is reviewed individually. A submission is not an offer and does not guarantee pricing, acceptance, a transaction, or a closing.

04

Is there a fee to submit a property?

Kaplan Acquisitions does not charge a website submission fee. Other costs, if any, depend on the transaction and written terms reviewed by the parties and appropriate professionals.

05

Do I have to accept anything?

No. There is no obligation to proceed merely because you contact us, share property information, or discuss possible terms.

06

Do you buy every property directly?

No. Depending on the facts and fit, Kaplan may evaluate a direct acquisition path or coordinate with a qualified acquisition partner. Not every property will fit our criteria.

07

Will I need to make repairs?

Potential as-is consideration is possible, but property condition is reviewed case by case. No particular structure or outcome is guaranteed.

08

How is pricing determined?

Pricing depends on property facts, condition, location, title, market evidence, development or investment considerations, timing, and transaction structure. Material facts must be confirmed before they are relied upon.

09

How quickly can a transaction close?

Timing varies. Title, diligence, access, financing or funds, professional review, and written terms can all affect a realistic schedule. We do not promise a fixed closing timeline.

10

What happens after I submit an inquiry?

The information is reviewed for fit and follow-up questions. If a practical path appears possible, Kaplan will organize next steps. Submission itself creates no offer, agreement, agency relationship, or obligation.

11

Are you a real estate broker or agent?

Kaplan Acquisitions does not represent itself on this website as a real estate broker or agent and does not offer brokerage or agency services.

12

Do you provide legal, tax, title, appraisal, or financial advice?

No. Kaplan Acquisitions is not a law firm, title company, lender, property appraiser, or financial adviser. Parties should use their own qualified professionals for advice and review.

13

How do buyers and developers join your network?

Submit current markets, property criteria, acquisition range, strategy, and capacity information. Qualification and secure proof-of-funds exchange, if requested, occur separately. Inventory is not guaranteed.

14

How are professional inquiries handled?

We identify the property or matter, parties, defined question, responsible professional role, and relevant timeline. Kaplan follows written closing instructions and does not substitute its judgment for professional advice.

15

How is my information used?

Information is used to review and respond to your inquiry, coordinate appropriate follow-up, protect the website, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. Please read the Privacy Policy for details.
